The 19th SETAC Europe LCA Case Study Symposium will be open to all, presenters and non-presenters.

Note that considerable discounts are offered to SETAC members. If you are not yet a SETAC member, you may opt to become a member. About joining SETAC...

  • Early registration fees are available until 11 October 2013. After this date the reduced registration fee will automatically be changed into the standard fee. After 11 October 2013 the standard online registration fees apply, also for presenters.
  • Online registration is possible until 25 October 2013.

Registration fees for the meeting will be structured as follows:

  • early fee: register before 11 October 2013 AND pay before 11 October 2013
  • standard fee: register before 25 October 2013 AND pay before 1 November 2013 
  • on-site registration

  • Students (BSc, MSc and PhD students; confirmation of student status by supervisor required).

One online registration must be completed by each attendee. We strongly prefer payments by credit card (details of the card can be submitted during the registration online or sent by fax to the office). Payments can also be made by bank transfer.

Cheques will not be accepted!

No registrations will be accepted at the SETAC Europe Office after 25 October 2013.

Deadline for early registration: 11 October 2013 - 23:59 Brussels time!

Terms and conditions:

  • Registration fees include attendance at the symposium, programme materials, coffee/tea and lunch.
  • Note that hotel accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.
  • One online registration must be completed by each attendee. We strongly prefer payments by credit card (details of the card can be submitted during the online registration or sent by fax to the office). Payments can also be made by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
  • Payment terms: In order to be eligible for the early registration fees the payment MUST be received by 11 October. If payment is received after this date, the increased fees are due. All payments must be received prior to the conference date. Advance registration (including payment) can be done until 25 October.
  • Note that if you do not cancel and you do not show up at the meeting, the outstanding amount will still be due. Upon request, paid no-shows will receive all materials covered by their registration fees.
  • Due to limited conference space, we advise early registration to avoid disappointment.
  • Cancellation terms: € 50 cancellation fee for cancellations received before 25 October, no refunds for later cancellations. Cancellations must be received in writing by mail or fax.

Visa requirements:

If you require an invitation letter from SETAC to support your visa application please contact the SETAC Europe office. Note invitation letters can only be sent to delegates and speakers who have registered and paid their registration fees in advance. Invitation letters should be requested before 15 October 2013, after this date invitation letters can no longer be sent.

Please allow at least 5 business days to receive your letter via email. Please note that SETAC cannot contact the Italian embassy on your behalf. Applicants should bring all relevant documents with them to their interview.
